South Facing 16x10ft Easy Access Plot With Parking Space

This is a front garden plot measuring 16ft x 10 ft. It currently has some shrubbery and bulbs planted which can be easily cleared. It is south facing so gets full sun even in colder months. It is set away from the street by a wide driveway for two cars (one space is available most of the time).
