Sunny Top part of Garden for cultivating

We have a well kept garden we feel part of it could be used to produce veg in an age were it’s becoming very expensive. The part for digging would be the top right part which would have to have a picket fence put around it as we have two dogs. We do not want any money but We would ask in exchange for the plot the renter would help with the upkeep of our garden. Not mowing just trimming and weeding. We will provide water, a shed some tools or the renter can keep their own tools in it and a back gate for entry. Tools can be kept safely as we also have cctv.
