Allotment space small plot in exchange for gardening/weeding

Would like to remove tree root stumps along fence line and get the ivy out. The next stage is to use weed fabric and ground cover for at least a few months so the weeds die off. The waste (large tree bits/wood need burning removing). If someone would like to add a small raised bed allotment that would be fine.
