South facing for an allotment, just keep 1/3 tidy for me to use.

Hi, I've got a large back garden that is a little too much work for me maintain, it's south facing so very sunny and I'm happy for someone to use the space as an allotment type of thing so long as the keep about a third in good order for me to sit out and enjoy the good weather.
