Allotment holder would like to share responsibility and harvest

Together with a friend I was caring for this allotment space for the last 2 years, but due to health reasons I can’t help her anymore. She would like to share the response and the harvest with a dedicated gardener. The soil is great, some parts have raised beds others are planted directly in the ground with crop rotation. A third section is planted with a tree and some berry shrubs. All necessary tools are available. Compost is ready to be turned over. After some weeding plants can go in.
