Hertford allotment space-peaceful location

This plot is west facing with good soil and drainage. I have cleared over the last year and a half, cultivating and developing it in sections having taken over a very overgrown plot in 2023. I'm offering a section for someone to also cultivate vegetables for themselves and share ideas and growing tips in addition to helping out with the general upkeep and being available to visit at least once a week during the growing season where possible . I have been recently preparing and levelling a greenhouse base with the aim to install it by middle of summer 2025 in addition to some raised beds with some spare ones left over to use . There's lots of potential and the site has here generally good drainage also. This would ideally suit someone local or within 5 miles of Hertford. Please only contact if you are able to reliably commit some time to this on a regular basis during the growing season and beginners are very welcome , I am also easy going and on hand to help and attend regularly.
