Sunny growing plot in Hertford

This accessible plot is available to share with me and has good drainage and soil PH which gently slopes towards a river with an open water storage butt and an accessibile water trough /hose . This is suitable for someone in the area or commuting distance who maybe looking for a vegetable and flower growing space in addition to helping out with small upkeep bits and pieces where possible such as weeding /mulching /watering during growing season . There is around 12m squared of growing space available on a shared allotment which I also use and aim to get there around twice a week where possible . This doesn't require much work to get started as I have placed ground sheet coverings down over winter and summer and try to keep the weeds down . There's also additional folding wooden frames that can be used as raised beds with viewing on request. East Hertford Station is about 15-20min walk with parking also available on the road outside and it's available to use anytime 7days a week. As it's a little bit big for me I'd rather share the space available as I know lots of people are trying to get allotments so it's also a way of trying it out if you are thinking of getting one.
