East facing back garden Melton Mowbray

We have an East facing garden with full summer sun, There are 4 beds that can be used for any type of planting. The grass is in a poor state of repair with weeds . There is water, power and shed with tools and lawn mower available. We would like the grass to be maintained and use the beds for planting. It can be relandscaped on negotiation. If you plant vegetables it would be great if you could share the produce please
