West facing back garden in Brighton

I am offering the back half of my garden, which faces west. It is half overgrown, so needs cutting back and the soil turning over and improving. There is a hard standing area included, and private access via a lockable gate. There is some room for tools in an outdoor cupboard. Access to a tap/hose, and spade, rake, and hoe. Parking on the street is free except for two hours a day on weekdays. It could be a great and productive plot but does need some work to get it going.
