Large back garden in Tooting (needs work)

The rear half of our large garden is available for someone to use as an allotment. It's not very clear from the pictures, but the second half is actually quite large. The main issue at the moment is that it's become overgrown with brambles, so this will need dealing with alongside the general clearance. In return for using the space free of charge, you'll need to keep it tidy and maintain it.
There's also some available space in the front half of the garden, and you're welcome to grow whatever you'd like there too. Plenty of room for growing fruit, vegetables or flowers.
Access is through the house, but someone is usually home, so we're flexible and can agree on suitable access times each week.
