As the saying goes, the garden came with the house and I'm sadly not green fingered in the slightest! The previous owners had planted strawberries, blueberries, green beans, potatoes, leeks, onions and rhubarb to great success. It seems wasteful to not let someone else have the opportunity to use the planters at will. There are two bottom planters that currently contain a hebe, strawberries and blueberries - but all can be removed and replaced. The top planter has over-grown and includes a lovely blooming shrub, which can be removed - but access is harder on the top so please be aware. There is a private gate, a tap and some outdoor plugs (though they're temperamental so if you need to use any equipment let me know and I can thread an extension through the window). There is a box for waste - though this is costs me £65 per year hence the fee for the allotment. All produce (flowers, herbs, fruit and vegetables) are entirely your own and I can cover watering if you're unable to attend for illness or holiday, or it needs to be done more regularly during the summer. The sun hits the garden at all times of the day - specifically the front allotments.
