Garden that needs some love beside Whitley Bay

I have a small private garden that I don't currently use and would really love for someone to make use of it. It's become quite overgrown and is simply too much for me to keep on top of myself, so I'd love to see someone bring it back to life and enjoy the space.

I'm happy for you to grow vegetables, flowers or generally make the garden your own. I mainly want it to be used, cared for and kept looking nice.

There's a brick shed for storage, and you're welcome to leave your own gardening equipment in there. I also have a lawn mower, hedge trimmers, spade and other basic garden tools which you're welcome to use.

There's access to an electrical socket inside the house if needed.

I'll clear away everything that's currently in the garden before the rental begins, so you'll have a clear space to work with.

I'm pretty relaxed about what you do with it — I'd just really like someone to enjoy the garden and look after it.

The dog next door may say hello with a bark when you open the gate!
