Plot in large garden, East Grinstead

We have a very big back L shaped garden dominated by a very old oak tree. There is plenty of space (15x15ft) for someone to take over and grow their own vegetables from scratch. There is a plot dug over already by the previous person (see pics). We have some gardening tools and a shed to store them. We don't want payment, just someone who would use the space and maybe offer us some home-grown veg in return now and again. We just want a keen gardener, who hasn't got much outdoor room of their own, to utilise part of our big garden. House is in close proximity to East Grinstead town centre with train station 15 mins walk and a bus stop at the end of the road.
