Sunny Garden with Fruit Trees

I have a large, South/East facing back garden that I do not have time to manage, and would be happy for someone to take over as an allotment. It will need some work, but is a big space with a lot of potential and plenty of facilities available (tap, power outlet, plenty of tools). There is a cooking apple tree, an eating apple tree, and a pear tree already (the cooking apple tree always fruits a lot). There is also a planter wall with some herbs, and possibly some alpine strawberries. In addition to this I also have a gravelled front garden which I am happy for someone to put planter beds in. I don't want any money, all I ask is that you keep the place in decent condition and look after the fruit trees that are already there. I may also put some money towards certain improvements and renovations.
