Free space for growing veggies in exchange for clearing

I am unable to tend to my garden due to disability so would like to offer part of it for use for someone for free in exchange for clearing the area to use and ongoing maintenance. The area on the right hand side behind the raised bed is the area I’m happy to be used for raised beds etc. But it needs clearing first. There’s also other places I’m happy for things to go but still trying to work out what I’m doing with the rest of the garden. I did have a greenhouse but it got destroyed with the neighbours building work (heavy machinery) and the storms so needs replacing and the shed also needs replacing. There are some basic tools which you are welcome to use. There’s also a compost bin and Waterbutt which again you are welcome to use and I will be getting things replaced when I can afford it / find a second hand one and get someone to collect it and re-build it, but am open to if you want to build or bring storage or greenhouse and there’s pallets which can be used for making things too. I’m home most of the time so access will generally be by me letting you in. it’s probably best to come and have a look and see if you think you can make it work.
