Easy access paved garden in Crystal Palace

North-east facing garden, good sun in the middle of the day, overshadowed by house or fences at start and end of the day. Mostly paved over, but with flower beds around the perimeter, including 2 raised bed planters and trellis on fence. Mostly I'm keen for you to enjoy using the space because I don't have capacity to grow things myself at the moment, although I'm interested in plant-based organic growing and permaculture. I rarely use the garden due to work demands. No direct access to water. No amenities, but I had to tick one to create the listing: Compost bin was closest to reality, since there's a small council food & garden waste bin available, or occasional use of neighbour's garden waste bin.
