This is a lovely space in a quiet area with great potential. You might need to trim and clear your plot before planting . I have been working on the land for 3 years now and beds are in place with a few interesting structures. I improved the soil. Water is available on the plot, accessible with water cans. There's no electricity on the plot. Shed and all tools available (deposit required)

This is quite a huge space and we are building a community project on that land. Each portion on this plot can be allocate to a family. The idea is to share knowledge when possible.
