Sunny back garden in hebden bridge on a hill

The back garden gets sun all day, the soil seems to be good as I have had raspberries that thrived in it. The raspberries were recently dug up. It’s a quiet area and the neighbours are friendly. So you could peacefully get on with your work. There is back door access incase you need to access water or electricity. I will clear up any rubbish etc before anyone comes over. There is a small patch at the front of the house but I may want to use that space for something else. I can explain more in person.
