Large south facing front garden that catches the sun for most of the day. The shed and tap are at the back of the house. I am more than happy to get an additional shed key cut for the tenant. Some areas of the garden have been left wild for the bees, they love the grape hyacinths and bluebells that grow. These areas will be trimmed back once they have finished flowering. Tenants will have access to our green bin to dispose of green waste. The washing line can be moved if need be but needs to stay in front garden somewhere as it is too wide to fit out back. If my back allows it I am willing to help dig out some plots, failing that I can supply cups of tea/coffee etc and chairs to sit on. When I am home, tenants will have access to power sockets, toilet and drinks facilities. There is space to park behind our house.
