Small, Sunny, Urban plot in Central Cardiff

Small, urban plot. Fertile land. I'm flexible with access & what you grow. A mix of veggies & flowers would be nice. Not into harsh chemicals. Would like a more natural way of gardening. Don't want rent but maybe some help with digging a pond & a few veggies would be nice!
